Call (724) 335-0825 before you come by.
Our office and shop are open to customers beginning at 8:00 a.m. However, our technicians' schedules vary from day to day, and service calls may begin as early as 7:00 a.m., depending on the day's schedule.
We schedule our technicians based on the needs of our customers and the work being performed, so service start times may vary from day to day.
After normal business hours, Ferguson Heating & Air Conditioning offers 24-hour emergency service for heating and cooling emergencies. Because we have one technician handling after-hours calls, availability can be limited, especially during periods of high demand.
While we do our best to respond to every emergency call, there may be times when we are unable to get to you after hours. If we cannot respond to your call during emergency hours, you will be called first the next business day.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to take care of our customers as quickly as possible.
